With the introduction of the all-new Sentra SE-R and Sentra SE-R Spec V in March 2007, Nissan returned to an arena it helped establish more than 15 years before: the affordable, high performance “sport compact” car. With a high performance 4-cylinder engine stuffed into a compact body, the original SE-R offered sports car-like performance for buyers on a budget.

The popular Nissan Sentra receives minor enhancements for 2006, including an in-dash 6-disc CD changer added to the Audio Fanatic Package and two new colors – Sapphire Blue and Sunburst (new for 1.8 S). The Sentra continues to use a standard 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine, which meets ULEV (Ultra Low Emission Vehicles) standards.

Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) today announced pricing for the 2010 Nissan Sentra and Sentra SE-R, which are on sale now at Nissan retailers nationwide.  Sentra receives a number of enhancements for the new model year, including updated exterior styling on Sentra 2.0, 2.0 S and 2.0 SL models, along with significant Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price* (MSRP) reductions on most trim levels.
